Navitus Health Solutions is actively seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Client Support to lead specialty network contracting and client-facing guidance across Navitus specialty services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years' experience leading staff.
• 1+ year PBM or managed care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and limited distribution drugs is required.
• Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of residence or reciprocity anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and RFP support.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee specialty client support processes, responses, and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations involving access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage initiatives from ideation through implementation with project discipline.
• Develop scalable workflows to support regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts to meet obligations.
• Evaluate network performance, market trends, and vendor capabilities.
• Collaborate to expand network partnerships and service enhancements.
