Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to join our team.

This role provides clinical expertise, PBM operational insight, and client-facing guidance for Navitus specialty pharmacy services, network strategy, and contracting activities. The successful candidate will lead a team of specialty client support staff, translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations, and collaborate across functions to ensure compliance, client satisfaction, and growth in

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence; reciprocity within 4 months may be required.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years’ experience in leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year of PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products.
• Experience with CMS, Medicare, and state Medicaid regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, quarterly business reviews, RFP support, and presentations as the specialty provider network expert.
• Advise on specialty network initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee specialty client support processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations addressing access, reimbursement, formulary, contract, and member issues.
• Develop project plans, workflows, and scalable processes for client customization, regulatory compliance, and growth.
• Manage specialty contracts to ensure obligations and client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand network partnerships.
