Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty client support and network contracting activities. You will oversee strategy development, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize access, pricing, and outcomes.

The role requires strategic thinking, project management, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and regulatory requirements. You will mentor staff and drive scalable solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with current, unrestricted state licensure.
• 4+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading/mentoring staff.
• 1+ year of PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with REMS and Limited Distribution Products is preferred.
• CMS, Medicare, and state Medicaid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert translating specialty concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Represent network strategy in client meetings, surveys, and presentations.
• Advise on initiatives to support client goals, access, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee client support processes, responses, and service standards.
• Lead resolution of escalations involving access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage initiatives from ideation to implementation with PMI discipline.
