Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and the LMS portfolio.

You will set standards, govern, and optimize learning systems to deliver scalable, accessible solutions across the organization. You will oversee major learning technology transformations, evaluate platforms, partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and stakeholders, and translate requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and LMS portfolio.
• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of LMS and learning tech.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, and learning analytics.
• Lead or support major learning technology transformations (evaluation, implementation, migration, integration).
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to translate requirements into technology solutions.
