Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of the enterprise LMS and learning technology ecosystem.

You will steer build, buy, and partner decisions, evaluate platforms, and ensure the learner experience is simple, accessible, and scalable. The role requires experience with enterprise LMS implementations, strong strategic thinking, and collaboration across Learning, Technology, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementations, migrations, or platform transformations
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance of the enterprise learning experience and LMS portfolio
• Oversee learning technology build, buy, and partner decisions and optimize platforms
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and analytics to improve learner experience
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to translate requirements into technology solutions
• Balance current operational stewardship with modernization of the learning ecosystem
