Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the enterprise LMS strategy and learning technology portfolio.

You will govern the LMS, drive platform modernization, and partner with stakeholders across Learning, Technology, and Procurement to deliver scalable learning solutions. In this remote role, you will oversee vendor evaluations, platform migrations, and analytics, while occasionally traveling to Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, personalization, and analytics.
• Oversee major learning technology transformations: LMS evaluation, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement and business stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Balance current operational stewardship with modernization of the learning ecosystem.
