Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to steer the enterprise LMS strategy and learning technology portfolio.

This role leads governance, standards, and modernization while ensuring a simple, accessible, and scalable learner journey across the organization. You will guide build, buy, and partner decisions, evaluate platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business needs and technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in learning tech, learning experience, HR tech, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementations, migrations, or platform transformations.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for the LMS and learning technology portfolio.
• Oversee platform evaluation, selection, and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Drive modernization while maintaining operational stewardship.
