Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the enterprise LMS strategy and the broader learning technology ecosystem. You will guide governance, administration, and continuous improvement while balancing modernization with operational stewardship.

The role focuses on evaluating platforms, fostering partnerships, and ensuring scalable, accessible learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning technology portfolio.
• Establish standards to create a simple, consistent, accessible, scalable learning experience and guide build/buy decisions.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, personalization, and analytics.
• Lead or support LMS evaluations, implementations, migrations, integrations, and optimizations.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and vendors to translate requirements into technology solutions.
