Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director for Learning Experience & Platforms to lead the enterprise LMS strategy and learning technology portfolio. You will oversee governance, administration, and ongoing optimization of the LMS and related platforms, balancing current operations with modernization efforts.

You will guide build, buy, and partner decisions, evaluate platforms, and collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, accessible learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and administration of the LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Evaluate platforms, tools, and partnerships to meet learner and business needs.
• Balance modernization with day-to-day operational stewardship of the learning ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive experiments with AI, analytics, and personalization to improve learner outcomes.
