Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the enterprise learning strategy and LMS technology portfolio across the organization.

You will drive governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and related platforms. You will monitor emerging learning technologies, evaluate platforms, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, LMS, HR technology, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, skills technologies, and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and LMS technology portfolio.
• Set standards for a simple, accessible, scalable learning experience and lead build/buy decisions.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and identify opportunities to improve learner value.
• Lead LMS evaluations, implementations, migrations, and optimizations with stakeholders and partners.
• Translate requirements into technology solutions and balance current operations with modernization.
