BrightView is seeking a Business Developer in California to drive profitable growth by managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids and meet targets.

The role emphasizes prospecting, solution-based selling, and strong communication to close deals. Travel to client sites and regular CRM updates are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive B2B selling experience at mid-to-senior levels (3–5 years).
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.
• Proven track record of sales growth and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
