Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Business Developer to improve market position and drive profitable growth. You will build key customer relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals, while managing the full sales cycle including bids and regional snow sales where applicable.

You will prospect, forecast, and meet sales targets by collaborating with operations, finance, marketing, and other teams, while maintaining a robust CRM and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Proven pipeline management and sales goal attainment.
• Experience with CRM/SFA tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Forecast sales deliverables and KPI’s.
• Build lasting client relationships and close contracts.
• Travel as required to meet clients and lead presentations.
