BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer in Sarasota, FL to drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for small-scale landscape construction and installation projects. The role blends sales expertise with industry knowledge and relationship management to expand the client base and achieve profitability.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping or related services.
Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build pipeline for installation projects outside the Maintenance book.
Develop customized proposals and sales presentations addressing client needs.
Negotiate and close contracts per pricing standards and profitability goals.
Maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
Coordinate handoff to operations post-sale.
Set annual sales goals, budgets, and strategies with leadership.
Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
