Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for landscape construction services and installation projects. The role blends sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base and revenue while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, property or facility management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; able to generate proposals and track pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline for installation projects beyond the Maintenance book of business.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations addressing client needs and company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts aligning with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
