Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for landscaping installation projects. The role balances sales expertise with industry knowledge and client relationship management to grow the client base and revenue.

You will build a pipeline, develop customized proposals, and work with senior leadership to set goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, property or facility management.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices, horticulture, and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Develop customized proposals and sales presentations that address client needs and highlight company value.
• Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with pricing standards and profitability goals.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, and decision-makers.
