Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Installation Business Developer to drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for small-scale landscape construction and installation projects.

The role requires a strong balance of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base, increase revenue, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales success in related industries.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation basics.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build a healthy pipeline of installation projects outside the Maintenance book.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations addressing client needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts in line with pricing standards.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, developers, and decision-makers.
• Transition installation projects to Maintenance partners after sale.
• Represent the company at trade associations and events.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management for accurate proposals.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and results.
