BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will oversee field operations, identify opportunities for ancillary services, and build long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with operations. Field-based with travel to client sites and support for branch goals.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs
• Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure on-time account renewals
