BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, cultivating long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This hybrid role oversees field operations and coordinates with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery.

Responsibilities include pursuing enhancement opportunities, delivering bid proposals, developing estimates, and driving account renewals while mentoring field

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and build long-term relationships
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for enhancement projects as needed
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure service quality and renewals
• Lead and coordinate field operations with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager
