Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, acting as the primary liaison and overseeing field operations. You will cultivate long-term relationships, drive ancillary services, and coordinate with branch leadership to meet service and financial goals.

Responsibilities include estimating, proposals, site walks, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure quality and satisfaction across client sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio
• Promote safety policies and procedures
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership of the branch
• Maintain client records in the CRM system
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with Branch Administrator
