Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and sales. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

This role includes developing accurate estimates, delivering timely proposals, pursuing ancillaries, renewals, and client referrals, while

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in a management role within service or landscaping sectors preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships across all contacts.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Manage account renewals and QA walkthroughs with clients.
