Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, acting as the primary contact to build long‑term relationships and promote client satisfaction and retention. The role oversees field operations, develops estimates, and delivers timely bid proposals for enhancement projects.

You will pursue ancillary service opportunities, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and support hiring and coaching of field crews while ensuring safety and branch goals are

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, management, and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
• Experience in landscaping or local marketplace preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service quality
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Maintain CRM records and client documentation
• Monitor accounts receivable and achieve branch financial goals
