Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, oversee field operations, and identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services.

Regular site walkthroughs and collaboration with the Operations Manager will drive service excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, client retention, and timely renewals, with a field-based, customer-facing environment that combines office and site

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management and leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and site walkthroughs.
• Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure timely renewals.
