Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking a STARLINK Customer Success Manager (Land Mobile) to own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract through onboarding, activation, and long-term growth. You will serve as the primary customer contact for fleets across agriculture, rail, trucking, OEM, heavy machinery, and other in-motion networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, OR 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant customer-facing role
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue
• 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as primary customer contact
• Hit and exceed revenue targets on time by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments
• Keep internal systems current so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible in one place
• Monitor account health including contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, and logistics
• Set expectations with customers, resellers, and internal partners on timing, hardware and delivery
• Build account plans defining current state and next revenue steps
• Identify expansion across vehicles, machines, routes, sites, kits, and new uses of Starlink
• Facilitate leadership business reviews connecting Starlink performance to results
• Forecast retention and revenue for leadership planning
• Bring customer feedback to SpaceX to reduce errors across accounts
• Coordinate high-touch onboarding including hardware transitions and certification requirements
