Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Manager for Land Mobile in the Redmond area. You will own Land Mobile accounts from signing through onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth, ensuring revenue targets and customer health are met.

You will coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations to optimize deployments and expand revenue across vehicles, routes, and sites. This role requires travel and availability across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is required, or equivalent experience with 6+ years in a relevant role.
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue.
• 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term growth.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments.
• Maintain accurate internal systems showing account status, risk, and opportunity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

High school diploma / equivalency + 6+ years experience
