Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive CLIA-waived and moderate-complexity diagnostic solutions into physician-owned labs, urgent care centers, and community clinics. You will balance transactional consumables sales with strategic instrument placements and multi-year reagent rentals to expand in-office testing.

The role requires building relationships with physicians and lab directors, optimizing lab workflows, and staying current on reimbursement and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of increasing responsibility in sales or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (minimum 50%).

Responsibilities

• Promote Henry Schein's laboratory solutions including instrumentation, reagents, and POC testing.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across care settings.
• Maintain deep knowledge of CLIA regulatory landscape and reimbursement frameworks.
• Coordinate strategy with cross-functional teams to maximize wallet share and territory reach.
