Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive sales of CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostic solutions to physician-owned labs, urgent care centers, and community clinics.

Ideally based in Chicago, IL, with territory across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Minnesota. The role combines transactional consumables and POC testing with longer-term instrument placements and reagent rental agreements, supported by cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in medical equipment or lab sales.
• Experience selling to physician office labs, urgent care centers, and IDNs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred; multiple industry certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Promote laboratory solutions including reagents and POC testing to target accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and wallet share.
• Collaborate with FSCs, ISCs, and executive teams to coordinate strategy.
• Provide consultative guidance on compliance, reimbursement, and lab workflow.
