Henry Schein's Physician Lab Sales Specialist drives CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostics into physician-owned labs, urgent care centers, and clinics. You balance consumables with multi-year reagent rentals and instrument placements while guiding reimbursement and workflow optimization.

You will cultivate relationships with physicians and lab directors, perform workflow analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to grow in-office testing and capture white-space opportunities

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.
• May hold two or more industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote laboratory solutions, including instrumentation, reagents, and POC testing.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and expand territory.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers.
