Henry Schein, Inc. seeks a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive revenue for CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostics in physician labs, urgent care centers, and community clinics.

The role integrates transactional consumables with strategic instrument placements and long-term reagent rentals, while guiding customers on compliance and reimbursement. The candidate will partner with field and inside sales teams to expand territory, engage decision-makers, and perform diagnostic workflow

Qualifications

• 7+ years of increasing responsibility in sales, preferably in diagnostics.
• Experience selling into physician labs, urgent care centers, and IDNs preferred.
• Knowledge of CLIA, reimbursement frameworks and lab workflows.

Responsibilities

• Promote Henry Schein’s laboratory solutions, drive revenue, and secure multi-year reagent rental agreements.
• Collaborate with FSCs, ISCs and ESV teams to expand territory and wallet share.
• Build advisory relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across care settings.
• Analyze workflows, uphold compliance, and optimize reimbursement opportunities.
