Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. seeks a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostic solutions into physician offices, urgent care centers, and community health clinics across Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia.

The role blends transactional consumables with strategic instrument placements and multi-year reagent rentals. You will partner with field and inside teams to deliver account plans, optimize reimbursement, and enhance lab workflows.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of progressively responsible sales experience.
• Experience selling into physician offices, labs or IDNs.
• Familiarity with CLIA compliance and reimbursement frameworks.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostics.
• Build strategic account plans and expand territory reach.
• Coordinate with FSCs/ISCs/SGE to maximize wallet share.
• Provide consultative support on reimbursement and workflow improvements.
• Develop trusted relationships with physicians and lab directors.
