Job summary
CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to guide the evolution of knowledge management across the firm. You will define strategies, governance models, and scalable capabilities to improve organizational effectiveness and reduce silos while enabling AI-supported experiences.
You will partner with senior leaders, design content ownership, and drive continuous improvement in documentation quality and searchability across business functions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related fields.
- Experience with governance, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled knowledge solutions and digital enablement.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models across functions.
- Lead governance forums and cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with senior leaders to align knowledge management with business priorities.
- Establish measures of effectiveness for governance maturity and content quality.
- Prepare knowledge assets for AI-enabled support models.
