Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to join the Product Operations team. You will define knowledge management strategies, governance, and scalable capabilities across the firm to improve operational maturity and support AI-enabled experiences.

You will partner with senior leaders to standardize documentation, taxonomy, and content lifecycle, driving discovery, reuse, and measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in knowledge management or information architecture.
• Experience with governance, content strategy, and documentation management.
• Bachelor's degree required; business/information management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define knowledge management strategy and governance models across functions.
• Lead scalable knowledge capabilities and content lifecycle improvements.
• Drive content discoverability, quality, and reuse across teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to align KM with business priorities.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
