Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to advance knowledge management strategy and governance across the firm, leading scalable capabilities for business functions and future AI-enabled experiences.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to drive operational maturity, governance, and enterprise collaboration, shaping content standards, lifecycle, and metadata while enabling AI-enabled support and self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related fields.
Experience in information architecture, content strategy, and documentation management.
Experience with service management preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; degree in listed fields preferred.
Knowledge of AI-enabled knowledge solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead knowledge management strategy, governance, and enablement across functions.
Define scalable standards for documentation governance, taxonomy, and metadata.
Partner with senior stakeholders to build sustainable knowledge capabilities.
Drive cross-functional governance forums and centers of excellence.
Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare knowledge assets for AI-enabled support models.
