Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to advance knowledge management across the firm, defining strategy, governance, and scalable capabilities that enhance effectiveness and reduce silos while enabling AI-enabled experiences. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape standards and drive enterprise initiatives.

You will lead governance and content lifecycle programs, establish metadata standards, and oversee knowledge enablement across business functions,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of knowledge management-related experience.
• Experience with information architecture, content strategy, and documentation management.
• Bachelor's degree required; Business/Communications/Information Management/Organizational Development preferred.
• Strong governance, ownership models, metadata standards, and content quality.
• Experience with AI-enabled knowledge solutions, Copilot, or related tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models across functions.
• Design governance frameworks for content ownership, lifecycle, metadata, and quality.
• Partner with senior leaders to align knowledge strategies with business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in content and readiness.
• Prepare knowledge assets for digital and AI-enabled support models.
