CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to advance knowledge management practices across the firm, partnering with cross-functional teams to define governance, standards, and scalable capabilities. You’ll guide how knowledge is structured, stored, and reused to improve organizational effectiveness and enable AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience required.
Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, or service management preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or Organizational Development preferred.
Experience with AI-enabled knowledge solutions, Copilot, or machine-readable documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead knowledge management strategies and governance across functions.
Define content ownership, review cycles, metadata standards, and lifecycle requirements.
Ensure knowledge assets are discoverable, trustworthy, and reusable.
Partner with senior leaders to align knowledge initiatives with business priorities.
Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
