Job summary
CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to guide knowledge management strategy across functions, shaping governance, taxonomy, and content standards while enabling scalable, AI-enabled experiences.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive operational maturity, improve content discoverability, and ensure alignment with business priorities through measurable programs and centers of excellence.
Qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, service management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, and governance models across multiple business functions.
- Provide strategic oversight of repository structures, information architecture, and content governance practices.
- Lead governance forums, centers of excellence, and cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Establish measures of effectiveness for knowledge management capabilities, governance maturity, and content quality.
- Define standards supporting AI-enabled experiences and future digital worker capabilities.
