Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive KM strategy, governance, and scalable capabilities across the firm. You will shape standards, ownership models, and content lifecycle while partnering with senior leaders to raise organizational maturity.

The role focuses on enterprise collaboration, metadata governance, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions, ensuring high-quality, discoverable content and cross-functional impact across CLA’s functions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or related fields.
• Experience in governance, content strategy, documentation management, and service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategy, governance, and maturity across functions.
• Design and enforce content ownership, lifecycle, metadata, and repository standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to align KM with business priorities and digital initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve discoverability, trust, and reuse of knowledge assets.
• Define standards for AI-enabled knowledge solutions and future digital worker readiness.
