Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive knowledge management across the firm. You will shape strategies, governance, and scalable capabilities to reduce silos and enable AI-enabled experiences.

You will partner with senior leaders to establish standards, drive cross-functional programs, and measure impact on operational maturity and knowledge reuse.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related fields.
• Experience with information architecture, documentation governance, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled knowledge solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models across functions.
• Implement scalable standards for documentation governance and repository structures.
• Drive content discoverability, trust, usability, and reuse across teams.
• Lead cross-functional governance forums and influence adoption of standardized practices.
