CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to lead knowledge management strategy and governance across the firm. You will partner with senior leaders to reduce silos, improve content usability, and enable AI-supported experiences while building scalable knowledge capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, or service management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or Organizational Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, and governance models across functions.
• Design governance frameworks for accountability, quality, and sustainable knowledge practices.
• Partner with senior leaders to align knowledge strategies with business priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish measures of effectiveness for knowledge management capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
• Define standards to support AI-enabled experiences and digital worker capabilities.
