Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to advance knowledge management across the firm. You will define strategy, governance, and scalable capabilities that boost organizational effectiveness and enable AI-enabled experiences.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive standardized practices, improve content quality, and reduce silos while guiding enterprise-wide knowledge enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of knowledge management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, intranet platforms, and knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities

• Define knowledge management strategy, governance, and capabilities across functions.
• Lead governance forums, centers of excellence, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align knowledge management with business priorities.
• Improve content discoverability, trustworthiness, and reuse across teams.
• Prepare knowledge assets for digital and AI-enabled support models.
