CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to join our Product Operations team in Austin, TX. The role will define knowledge management strategy, governance, and operational excellence across the firm, building scalable capabilities and cross-functional alignment.

You will lead governance models, taxonomy, metadata standards, and content lifecycle management while partnering with senior stakeholders to enable AI-enabled experiences and improved organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, service management preferred.
• Experience with governance, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models across multiple business functions.
• Design governance frameworks and content ownership models, review cycles, and metadata standards.
• Improve content discoverability, trustworthiness, usability, and reuse across teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to align knowledge management with business priorities.
• Lead initiatives for AI-enabled knowledge solutions and digital readiness.
