Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to steer firmwide knowledge management strategy and governance. You will shape scalable capabilities, drive taxonomy and metadata standards, and partner with senior leaders to advance operational maturity and AI-enabled support across functions.

You will lead initiatives to improve content reuse, searchability, and overall knowledge enablement readiness, enabling efficient, scalable collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to design governance, documentation standards, and content governance.
• Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata management.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled knowledge solutions and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance models.
• Design scalable standards for documentation lifecycle, taxonomy, and ownership.
• Provide governance over repository structures and content quality.
• Improve content discoverability, trust, usability, and reuse across teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to align KM with business priorities.
• Lead initiatives to prepare knowledge assets for AI-enabled support models.
