Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude to read and analyze materials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adaptable to order systems and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers at functional and executive levels.
• Develop strategies to deepen penetration within accounts and expand revenue.
• Serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Lead the implementation of major company programs within assigned accounts.
• Process orders, verify shipments, stock inventory, and manage returns.
• Leverage CRM to track sales activity, analyze trends, and forecast.
