bioMérieux seeks a diligent Key Account Specialist in Illinois to manage post-sale support and key customer relationships. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.

You will prioritize US Key Account orders, communicate backorder status, and enter POs in the ERP system while ensuring OTIF standards and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of direct customer contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal primary contact with US Key Accounts.
• Prioritize orders and manage backorders while communicating expiring pricing and product availability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Enter purchase orders into ERP for assigned customers and ensure OTIF compliance.
• Provide one-call resolution and maintain strong customer relationships across global and local accounts.
