Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a disciplined Key Account Project Coordinator to plan, execute, and finalize large- scope projects for major customers. This back-office role coordinates resources, schedules, and third-party contractors to deliver service and installation projects on time.

You will review drawings, prepare quotes, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong PM and EDI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ direct work experience in project management capacity.
• Strong familiarity with project management software.
• Database and operating systems experience with third party EDI systems.
• Competent and proficient understanding of automatic door industry.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines with problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new installation projects from initiation to completion with stakeholders.
• Estimate resources, track milestones and troubleshoot to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement best practices, tools, and reporting systems for PM.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee KAC installations across Canada, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Review drawings, prepare RFIs, and prepare quotes for tenders and replacements.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and glazing teams on site plans.
• Order doors, hardware per specs; manage factory and change orders.
• Conduct site visits, count inventory, and prepare packing slips.
• Generate sales order reports and support booking tasks and orders.
