You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating field services, supporting key accounts, and driving software adoption and related product sales.

Qualifications

Experience in architectural/ construction project management preferred.
Reading CSI MasterFormat Division 08 specs and door schedules required.
Strong documentation and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead professional services projects from planning through facility operations.
Coordinate field resources and ensure nationwide project delivery.
Manage key accounts, contracts, invoicing and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Deliver software adoption training and support.
Identify opportunities for service growth and process improvements.
