Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems seeks a Project Specialist to support installation project billing, schedule technicians, and coordinate field planning. You’ll work with Installation Managers, Technicians, and the receivables team to ensure accurate billing and responsive service.

The role reports to the NA Project Specialist Manager within Finance and offers pathways for career development with performance reviews and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 years billing and/or customer service).
• Proven competence in general billing procedures.
• Some project management experience is a plus.
• Dispatch experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel) and electronic spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions for new equipment.
• Coordinate field planning and scheduling of technicians.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers, Technicians, and outside operations.
• Maintain accurate customer and end-user records linked to door IDs.
• Prepare and submit required billing documents and lien releases.
• Support the reporting manager with daily functions.
• Assist receivables and US branches to ensure billing accuracy.
• Perform other administrative duties as directed.
