ASSA ABLOY seeks a Project and Key Accounts Manager to lead building technology services and software solutions from planning through operations. You will coordinate field teams, manage key accounts, and drive project delivery nationwide.

Role involves travel (50–75%), training delivery, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to grow software adoption and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school/GED acceptable with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Architectural/door hardware experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of professional services projects from planning through facility operations.
• Coordinate field resources and technicians for nationwide project delivery.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and customer relationships.
• Provide training and onboarding for related software solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to drive software adoption and growth.
