Forward Air Corporation is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to act as a strategic partner for high-value accounts, driving retention, growth, and value across the portfolio. You will develop account strategies, build executive relationships, and align customer objectives with our logistics solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic account management, deep logistics expertise, and strong executive presence. Travel is required; remote work is supported.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in strategic account management or related roles.
• Experience managing portfolios with $15M-$50M+ revenue.
• Deep expertise in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related industries.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue.
• Build executive-level relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead business reviews and QBRs for performance and alignment.
• Develop growth roadmaps and continuous improvement strategies.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across services and geographies.
• Own KPIs and provide insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, Solutions Design, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Champion digital transformation and tech-enabled solutions.
• Monitor account health and mitigate retention risks.
• Forecast revenue and drive strategic growth.
• Represent the organization in executive programs and events.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback.
• Promote customer-centric culture across stakeholders.
• All other duties as assigned.
