Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple accounts, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams. The role may involve global negotiations and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at/above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan with value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win-win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
