Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand relationships and drive a robust sales plan. You will work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline, lead cross-functional teams, and manage diverse stakeholders.

The role requires strategic account management, strong negotiation, and the ability to travel as needed. It offers cross-business growth and career development within Dow’s comprehensive rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio — prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
